[ Overview ]
Formula Real Homes helps people buy, build and invest in property in Lagos and Enugu. I took their Figma designs and built the site in WordPress and Elementor, set up the property listings and search, then handled hosting, the domain and DNS for launch.
The design arrived as a finished Figma file: serif headlines, a calm neutral palette and a lot of photography. The job was to make it real in WordPress without losing that restraint, and to make listings something the client's team could add on their own.
Each property carries a lot of structured detail (beds, baths, size, title documents, features, amenities and instalment plans), and buyers need to narrow listings down by where and how much.
[ What I did ]
From the design file to a site the client runs.
01
Figma to WordPress
Rebuilt each page in Elementor, with custom HTML and CSS where the builder couldn't match the design, keeping spacing and type consistent across breakpoints.
02
Property listings
A property post type with ACF fields for beds, baths, size, title documents, amenities and payment plans, so the team fills in one form and the listing card, detail page and related listings all pick it up.
03
Search and filters
FacetWP filters on an Elementor loop grid: location, property type, bedrooms and a price range, with a result count and reset.
04
Enquiries and launch
A ‘book an inspection’ form on every property, then hosting, domain and DNS configuration and a pass on page weight before going live.
